CAA Draft Performance Plan for RP3 (2020-2024)

 

 

This sets out the proposals for the economic regulation of NERL. The draft plan is now open for consultation, which ends on 12th April. The NERL Proposed Business Plan, which was submitted to the CAA by NERL, from which – largely – the CAA have derived the Draft Performance Plan was widely supported by the Branch. The Branch will examine the proposals carefully over the next few weeks and produce our formal response as we have done for previous reference periods. This response will be available to members through our website. There is a great deal of information to consider and digest, and the BEC, guided by Branch policy will now take the time to carefully evaluate the plan.
