Dear Colleague

This is just a brief update on the pay ballot as I understand that various rumours are circulating within the unit.

The ballot closes on Wednesday. However, as all ATCO members have voted, we can announce that the ATCOs have rejected the offer unanimously.

ATSS members have not yet registered their votes and have asked for evidence of NATS’ commitment to reaching an agreement in the review of WP and reward for engineering staff in Gibraltar which is to take place over the next few months. We have just received an email from Iain Harris which Suresh has forwarded to ATSS members. ATSS members are urged to register their votes before the deadline.

Prospect will notify NATS of the formal outcome of both ballots on Wednesday. We will advise members of next steps when NATS has responded.
