Pay Award for Oxford Airport and London Heliport
Following negotiations with the employer, the Branch has now finalised a 2024 Pay Award for Oxford airport and London Heliport.
The offer has been accepted by members.
The award is:
- An increase of 4% to salaries and allowances,
- A revised pay scale to reduce disparities between direct entry ATCOs and those recruited internally for ADI ATCOs,
- A revised approach to the application of the 6 months notice period,
- A long service benefit of 1 additional day’s leave for every 2 years of continuous service starting at year 7. This is capped at 28 days total annual leave (the entitlement is currently 25 for ATCOs),
- ATCOs with 2 years or more service qualify for the salary sacrifice electric car scheme,
- The offer is effective from 1st April 2024 and backdated.
