Prospect ATCOs’ Branch & ATSS Branch response to CAP 1593

Prospect ATCOs’ Branch worked with the ATSS Branch recently to respond to the CAA’s document (CAP 1593) setting out the high-level requirements for NATS in submitting its initial business plan for NERL during RP3, due in 2018.
